What can you use this service for?Family matters, work concerns, housing, stress, anxiety, depression, neighbour disputes, drug and alcohol abuse, relationships and consumer issues.
An additional and unique factor of this service is that one face to face counselling session is included. Any extra sessions above the first session can be paid for on an ‘ad hoc’ basis if you wish and any unused sessions may be used by employees who need lengthier counselling. (With client consent, you will be consulted prior to the instigation of any such programme.)
A rate per employee will be agreed at the outset and premiums are paid annually in advance, before the commencement or renewal date.
A quarterly management report will be issued to show anonymous statistical data about the usage of the service. The statistics will never breach individual confidentiality either directly or by implication.
NB: Any unused counselling sessions may be used for employees who require more lengthy counselling in order to improve life quality and productivity
